Location
Our site is in the Livradois National Park and as the forest is relatively untouched, there are plenty of wildlife spotting opportunities. Our site is set on 20 acres of woodland and meadow which is surrounded by even more woodland so the forest is yours to explore. Spend the day just strolling around the site, take a wildflower walk with Rob or rest a while in our hill top hide and see how many different species of birds, butterflies or animals you can spot. Deer, roe -deer and wild boar are often seen in the woodland and you may also spot a stoat , wild cat or genet. If you are lucky, you may see the shy black grouse which is the symbol of the Livradois National Park.
